The Integrated Service brings together professional teams from the health, social care and voluntary sectors providing support and developmental health services to children and young people with disabilities and their families. The Integrated Service is a jointly managed service delivered by Achieving for Children (AfC) across both Kingston and Richmond.
All health services and short breaks services provided by AfC are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
